Chocolate Ice Cream 1 qt. milk
1 c. cocoa
1 c. light corn syrup
5 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 qt. whipping cream
1 tbsp. vanilla extract
In saucepan, combine 2 cups milk, cocoa and corn syrup. Bring to boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Cool. In a large bowl, beat eggs until foamy; gradually beat in sugar. Add cocoa mixture.
