Ice Cream 9 c. whole milk
6 c. half & half
8 eggs, beaten
3 3/4 c. sugar
Combine and heat to 110 degrees. Dissolve 9 junket tabs in small amount of water and 1 1/2 tablespoons vanilla. Add to heated mixture. Pour into 5 quart freezer and follow manufacturer's instructions. Ice Cream printer friendly version located here. Click Back to return. |
