Ice Cream

1 pt. cream
2 scant c. sugar
5 eggs
2 Junkets
1 1/2 tbsp. vanilla milk

Beat egg yolks, sugar, milk. Cook until it almost comes to a boil. Let cool. Beat egg whites. Fill freezer with above ingredients. Add milk to 2 inches from the top.
