Strawberry Ice Cream

1 qt. milk
2 1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. red food coloring
1 qt. half and half
1 box Junket mix (strawberry)
1 qt. frozen strawberries, mashed

For instructions, follow Vanilla Ice Cream recipe; add Junket mix when you add half and half.
